It is important to us that our customers are happy.

We make every effort to package your order to arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand the frustration, and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible.

If you have received a damaged item, please email us immediately at dlgerhardt@sann-kalla.com. Please include your name, order number, and the item number
