Shipping and Return Policy

At Sann-Kalla, our team is dedicated to shipping and delivering your items as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours before departing from our warehouse for shipment.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST do not process until the next business day. Orders received over the weekend (Friday after 3:00 pm EST, Saturday, Sunday) will not be processed until Monday morning.

A small surcharge may be applied for shipments outside of the contiguous U.S..

Important Notice Regarding International Shipments:

Many country-specific laws, regulations, and restrictions may impact our ability to ship your order and yours to receive it. We recommend contacting your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to orders shipping from the United States and/or the items you are ordering.

Customs may delay or reject your order from being delivered based on local laws. In addition, you may incur higher than expected import duties or tariffs, your order may not be deliverable, or customs may quarantine or return your order to us upon their inspection. Any duties, tariffs, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility.

Sann-Kalla cannot anticipate or estimate country-specific duties, tariffs, and taxes that may apply to your order. You are responsible for researching and understanding these fees and paying them once levied. Our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. These fees are determined by a local customs office, and Puritan’s Pride cannot be responsible for any such fees incurred.

Sann-Kalla reserves the right not to ship any product that they see fit for reasons such as import licenses, etc. You will be notified via email if this happens, and your credit card will be refunded. Some countries may require various types of licenses. Puritan.com will not knowingly ship any products to countries that may require any kind of license.

All sales are final. This means puritan.com is not responsible for any negligence on the part of the consumer. Prices on this website are subject to change at any time without notice.

Sann-Kalla/Omnia is not intended to cure, treat, or prevent any diseases or conditions.

The products and procedures on this site have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. They are provided to you as a resource only. Sann-Kalla will not be held responsible for international orders that never make it past your country’s customs office. Please check with your customs office before placing your order. No refunds will be given for items that are seized by your local customs agents.

It is important to us that our customers are happy.

We make every effort to package your order to arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand the frustration, and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible.

  • If you have received a damaged item, please email us immediately at info@txucbdahgu.wpdns.site. Please include your name, order number, and the item number that was damaged. We will arrange for it to be replaced immediately once the damaged item has been returned.
  • If your product is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately.
  • Return damaged items within 14 days from the invoice date for a replacement. Sann-Kalla will supply the return shipping label.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to process. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
